HOW MUCH DOES A SPECIALLY COMMISSIONED BUILDING COST?

Smaller Bespoke buildings.
Smaller, bespoke garden office buildings, guest rooms and timber frame projects do not carry an ‘up front’ design charge and prices are comparable with our garden office range. 

 

 

 

Larger Bespoke buildings.
Granny flats, holiday accommodation and small commercial timber frame office buildings require skilled architectural design and input. Our initial architectural consultation and site visit is always free. If you chose to proceed we then charge a professional design fee.
