You may not need planning permission for a granny flat, but all living accomodation needs to meet current building regulations Building Regulations. How Much Will a Granny Annexe Cost? Atwo roomed InsideOut building with a shower room and kitchen area the sophisticated, environmentally considerate solution to your family's accomodation needs. It is not a cheap, quick fix. Our buildings are carefully built to last a lifetime and are not an insulated log cabin or summerhouse. Two roomed annexes start at a guide price of £42,250 inc. vat but not including foundations or plumbing. In addition to the main structure you will need a budget for plumbing, foundations and taking water and main drains the the building. A realistic budget covering these items is £7,000 to £10,000 + VAT.
