Each timber-frame Microlodge is individually designed and constructed for your specific purpose and the garden space you have available.
Timber buildings used specifically as bedrooms must meet current Building Regulations, be fully insulated, double-glazed and fireproof. Microlodge timber buildings meet these high standards.

In addition to the main structure you will need a budget for plumbing, foundations and taking water and main drains the the building. A realistic, budget for these items is between £7,000 and £10,000 + VAT.
