Our permanent, eco-friendly, garden offices range in price from £20,874.00 to £40,000 inc vat for sizes from 8 sq metres up to 35sq metres.
Small two room guest room/work spaces from;£42,000 inc vat and plumbed shower room.
Two roomed Granny annexes from £52,000 inc vat including plumbed shower room.
Foundations. A budget of between £2000 and £4000 is recommended for office foundations and bringing electricity to the building..
Prices for granny annexes and living spaces don't include the cost of foundations and bringing services to the building. A budget of between £5,000 and £10,000 is recommended for this work.
